GEM is currently the managing entity for the Joint Venture GemTech Nuclear Security Solutions, LLC. This project includes management of technical support at 3 sites in 2 states, integrating and managing contracts, and provision of a variety of disciplines including every functional area included in this scope. GEM’s recruiters provide resumes to fill new positions across multiple labor categories within 5 days of request, meeting Q/L security clearance requirements and experience levels for personnel need at each site.

In 2016, GEM was awarded the Small Business of the Year Award by Y-12 National Security Complex for our successful management of this, and related, professional service contracts.
