GEM-led CTA Awarded the DOE/NNSA Enterprise-Wide Technical, Engineering, and Programmatic Support (TEPS III) Services Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA)

Oak Ridge, Tennessee –  The U.S. Department of Energy/National Nuclear Security Administration (DOE/NNSA) has awarded a Technical, Engineering, and Programmatic Support (TEPS III) services blanket purchase agreement contract to the GEM Technologies, Inc. (GEM)-led Contractor Team Arrangement (CTA), consisting of four CTA members and a blend of large and small business subcontractors.

The GEM-led CTA is composed of Bacik Group LLC; Independent Strategic Management Solutions, Inc. (ISMSolutions); and Management Solutions, LLC. Key contributing subcontractors are AECOM Technical Services, Inc.; Michael Baker International, Inc.; and Navarro Research & Engineering Inc. Together, the team will support DOE and NNSA missions through program management, nuclear engineering subject matter expertise and analytical support, training, security management, emergency operations support, nuclear nonproliferation, environmental management and sustainability, and research and development.
